New Patients
Getting started
Element 7 Wellness welcomes new patients for naturopathic / functional medicine, Fascial Counterstrain, acupuncture, and IV therapy.
Book your first visit. Call or text (206) 780-0402 or email admin@element7wellness.com.
Complete your intake forms. We enroll new patients in our electronic medical record, Patient Fusion, and you’ll receive instructions for completing your forms online. If you’d prefer paper forms, we can mail them to you.
Send prior records. Upload lab results, imaging, or medical records through your patient portal before your visit.
What to wear
For Fascial Counterstrain and other hands-on treatment, wear clothes you can move in, such as sweatpants or leggings and a T-shirt. Jeans, underwire bras, and other structured clothing make it harder to assess tissue.
Payment
Element 7 Wellness is a fee-for-service practice and does not bill insurance. Please contact the office with any questions about fees.

Where to find us
A new name is coming in 2027: Element 7 Wellness is becoming Healing for High Performers. Same physician, same care.
Where we are now: Element 7 Wellness, 19041 Front St NE, Poulsbo, WA 98370. We will see patients in Poulsbo until our move.
Coming in 2027: our move to The Atrium Club on Bainbridge Island. We haven't set a date yet and will post it here once it's confirmed. We'll be in the Pavilion, 403 Madison Ave N, Suite 200. Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor and you'll see us.
