Proving what’s possible.
Making it accessible.
Healing isn't about forcing the body to change—it's about removing the barriers that prevent normal function from returning.
My approach to healing is built on four core beliefs that guide every decision I make, every treatment I offer, and every partnership I build with patients.
HEALING IS ROOTED IN EMPOWERMENT
I BELIEVE PEOPLE ARE THEIR OWN HEALERS.
They just need the right tools, knowledge, and support to take ownership of their outcomes. I honor the intelligence of every body and every person. My role is to guide, not dictate. To educate, not control. I believe transformation is something done by people, not to them, and I’m here to champion that ownership.
HEALING IS ROOTED IN INTEGRATION
EACH PERSON IS AN ECOSYSTEM.
Bodies are chemistry and history. Tissue and temperament. Biology and lived experience. Healing happens when care stops treating isolated parts and starts supporting the whole. I believe the best care reflects how bodies actually work, not how medical silos are organized.
HEALING IS ROOTED IN ACCESSIBILITY
ADVANCED CARE SHOULDN’T FEEL LIKE A CLOSED CLUB.
Innovation isn’t truly innovation if only the privileged get access to it. I work to dismantle the barriers—financial, systemic, educational, emotional—that keep breakthrough treatments out of reach for those who need them most. Knowledge shared, not hoarded. Care expanding, not excluding.
HEALING IS ROOTED IN INTEGRITY
I FOLLOW THE DATA, NOT THE DEFAULT.
I conduct rigorous research, publish findings openly, and adjust my practice when data changes. I take responsibility for the impact of my work on every person and community it touches. I follow what works over what’s comfortable, even if it challenges the norm.
My Story
I came to medicine as an athlete who refused to accept the answers I was given. Generic protocols and symptom management never addressed the root cause. I knew there had to be a better way.
That search led me to naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, and eventually Fascial Counterstrain, a specialized manual therapy that removes trapped inflammation. It was pain-free, non-invasive, and remarkably effective. I became the first physician trained at the expert level and the first woman to teach it, and I remain the only physician instructor of Fascial Counterstrain.
But knowing it worked wasn't enough. I needed to prove it. So I conducted the first peer-reviewed clinical research on Fascial Counterstrain for PTSD and published it in Military Medicine Journal. Every diagnosable patient in the treatment group became non-diagnosable after therapy.
Now, 25 years into practice, I've built an integrated approach combining Fascial Counterstrain with regenerative peptides, acupuncture, IV therapy, and functional medicine. I work with athletes, trauma survivors, business leaders, dancers—anyone ready to take ownership of their healing. I have extensive experience working with high-performing individuals who demand results and are willing to put in the work.
Book me to speak
I bring peer-reviewed research, 25 years of clinical experience, and real-world results to audiences who want to understand the future of performance medicine and trauma recovery. I speak on podcasts, present at conferences, collaborate on research, and serve in medical advisory roles.
