Element 7 Wellness is the clinical practice of Dr. Holly Christy, ND, LAc. For 26 years she has cared for patients in Kitsap County, many of whom have been with her the entire time. The work is grounded in a simple idea: people don’t need to be “fixed.” They need the right information, the right input, and care that respects the intelligence of the body.
Every patient gets an individualized plan that looks for the underlying drivers of illness, pain, or stalled recovery, not just the symptoms. Dr. Christy works with athletes, trauma survivors, veterans and first responders, dancers, leaders, and anyone ready to take ownership of their healing.
What we offer
Naturopathic / Functional Medicine. Root-cause evaluation, lab and imaging review, and treatment plans that integrate nutrition, botanical medicine, supplements, and prescription medication when needed.
Fascial Counterstrain (FCS). A gentle, precise, pain-free manual therapy that releases protective tension in muscles, fascia, nerves, blood vessels, and organs. Dr. Christy is the only physician instructor of FCS.
Acupuncture / East Asian Medicine. Balance Method acupuncture and custom Chinese herbal prescriptions.
IV & Injection Therapy. Physician-supervised IV nutrient therapy and injections, compounded on site.

Coming in 2027: our move to The Atrium Club on Bainbridge Island. We haven't set a date yet and will post it here once it's confirmed. We'll be in the Pavilion, 403 Madison Ave N, Suite 200. Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor and you'll see us.
